Chiapao was initially founded in Taiwan, 1976, then decided to relocate its factory to Guangdong, China in 1989. For over 40 years, Chiapao has been specializing in wire, tube, and sheet metal products.
Our factory covers 50,000 square meters and has 400 full-time employees. With the well-equipped manufacturing/testing facilities and strong technical capability, Chiapao is well known for its ability in quick response and designing automated production lines.
We've been cooperating with Fortune 500 companies and have broad product lines including living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, garage, and office with good quality and reasonable prices. Our products are widely distributed in supermarket, warehouse clubs, convenient stores. In addition to providing OEM solutions, we set up the R&D team in 2004 and have been granted several utility model & appearance design patents. Our stylish designs are extensively sold to North America, Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific, and other countries.

The company owns its departments in administration, marketing, procurement, material, manufacturing, quality, and finance in order to fulfill the importance of modern management. For the purpose to keep optimizing the manufacturing process, we have implemented 3 times of lean production in 2007 for the very first time. Up to now, the company also holds seven production lines including straightening, welding, punching, tube-bending, roll-forming, Injection molding, and three finishing lines including powder coating, PE dipping, and PVC dipping. With the sufficient experience and knowledge which our company has for more than 40 years, Chiapao has cultivated the ability to design automated machines for specific products. More importantly, the company has also become a reliable partner to always meet every customer's requirements efficiently and effectively.
Chiapao also strives to improve customers' satisfaction through strengthening its quality management system. Chiapao has passed the quality certification of ISO 9001:2015 and also honored as an AA class enterprise by China Customs. In order to save our customers' time and money, several testing facilities are well equipped to increase efficiency, including the torque tester, tensile tester, salt-spray tester, vibration tester, burst-strength tester, and etc. The long-standing efforts in quality assurance have earned Chiapao a good reputation and resulted in being awarded as "Supplier of The Year" for years by the customers.
