Fujian Dehua Yuzhou is a professional manufacturer of ceramic, porcelain and resin items in China. After more than 20 years of development, we have become a professional ceramic manufacturer with integration of research and development, design, production, sales and after-sales service. Our total production area is nearly 5000 square meters. Our production capacity is 5 million pieces per year.At the present, our company makes five different series of products: daily-use porcelain (mugs, plates, bowls, kitchenwares, etc), home and garden decoration items (such as vases, flower pots, ring dishes, figurines, etc), gift ware items (coin banks, bisque ceramic, holiday decoration items). We have designed and developed nearly 1,000 ceramic patterns and more than 10,000 surface designs. Many modern elements are added to the basis of traditional daily-use porcelain. Our products also can be used in microwave, ovens, dishwashers, which all pass the international quality standards, such as FDA , CCIB and CA65.Over the years, we have been focusing on basic management and corporate culture construction in order to promote modern management. We hold birthday parties and give out birthday presents to our employees every month to create a harmonious, energetic, and progressive atmosphere. More importantly, we take safety precautions and fire safety training very seriously. Our production procedures are in accordance with the quality standards set by the government and we do our best to improve product quality. We have the certifications for the ISO9001 quality management system, the ISO14000 environmental quality system, and the OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system; also the BSCI social responsibility certification.Our company has mold workshops, whitebody workshops, color glazing workshops, ceramic warehouse, decal factory, decal workshops, quality inspection workshops, packaging workshops, and R&D center. In 2011, our factory brought automatic grazing production line into our production. In 2018, our company acquired a fully-automatic roll forming production line and a laser engraving machine for automatic production of daily-use ceramic products. From preparing material to body forming and drying, the production line greatly improved the production efficiency and is capable of 7/24 uninterrupted automatic production. It also ensured the semi-finished products regulatory and increased the qualification rates.Our company regards "energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency increase" as the core of our business.
