Guangdong Woodsun Housewares Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. We produce vacuum insulated stainless-steel and reusable plastic drinking vessels and accessories in highly modernized factories. All our factories are wholly owned and the major two cover an area of 69,883 square meters. We have complete procedure in production including each step with 10 production lines for double wall stainless steel as well as plastic bottles, lids and accessories. Our production capacity is 67,000 pieces per day. Besides, we have advanced finishing capabilities in the industry with 2 production lines for automated spray painting and automated UV painting. For achieving the wide variety of finishes, there are also HD automated water transfer machines as well as a fully automatic silk screen printing machine which enables us to achieve designs with up to 6 colors printing with laser precision. With these technical abilities, we are able to apply over 40 unique finishes including air transfers which gives us the ultimate flexibility to customize our products for the needs of our valued customers. For environment, we have installed dust collection systems, robotic machinery and sewage treatment system for being sustainable. Our product development team consists of over 35 engineers and designers to facilitate design ideas of our ever-growing catalog of products. We also welcome your O E M designs.
