Qualivilum: Established from our own manufacturer factory which has more than 17 years of professional OEM/ODM experience. We are located in Foshan, Guangdong province with convenient access.
We specialize in research, development and production of all knitting apparel and garment. We not only have our own apparel factory but also have our own waving factory, dying factory so that we can offer fabrics and material fully customized Color, GSM, thickness elasticity for all our customers, and our cooperated printing factory to make sure offers customer whatever they want to print on apparel.
Sewing Factory covering an area of 600 square meters for office, and 6000 square for production, have more than 100 workers on sewing, and 40 more workers on ironing quality checking and packing delivery. Equipped with more than 50 sets seamless machines, 20 sets of them are SANTONI Italy machines, plus 6 more sets for individual sample use only, 1 set Full-Auto Cutting machine, 4 sets of digital pattern printing machines from japan.
Waving factory equipped with 30 sets of Double Measurement Great Circle machines
Dying factory equipped with 20 sets of 2tons of BASUNI dying machines, 4 sets of Opre-shrinking machine from Germen.
