For the quality control of whole chain links from material to finished product, we cooperate with 9 factories to produce, which are top in each domain. For each of our factory covered 20000 m2 area, with 4 workshops, including a 600 m2 clean workshop and an inspection laboratory. For each product we will test the uniformity, hydrostatic resistance & tensile force of the material, as well as the density of dust particle, microorganism in work shop and sterile performance of products.
For example, our main factory Jiangsu Tianzhang Medical Health New Materials Co.,Ltd is taking responsible of the material Non-woven of spunlace and spunbond.
