Our production machines have been replaced by our machinery department during the source of improvement, innovation and invention.
We have our own coating, printing, cutting, making factories.So we can control all the cost and quality in all the production.We had developed hundreds of moulds cover series of disposable sushi tray and food container. 1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Our company, Jieyou plastic, is headquartered in Quanzhou city, the start of the Sea Silk Road, and is specialized in manufacturing and supplying disposable SUSHI package. We are the factory with R&D.
2. How to place an order and get the products?
a. Inquiry---The more information you provide, the more suitable product we can provide for you! Please provide the specification as detailed as possible and kindly inform us the quantity.
b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.
c. Printing file---PDF or AI format, The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 15-20 days after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee can be deduct from the payment for goods.
e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mould is ready.
f. Payment terms---T/T 50% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.
g. Production---Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.
h. Shipping---By sea, air or courier.
3. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
Yes, we have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, or call 0086 13960400626 then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.
4. Is the sample free?
Yes. New customers need to pay the delivery expense and the delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. of yours is needed.
5. What terms of payment you use?
T/T, Western Union. L/C can be accept for payments of goods.
