Xiamen HBD Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. is a professional export-oriented bamboo and wood products enterprise integrating product design, R&D, manufacturing and sale with 10 years of industry experience. The headquarter of HBD is located in Xiamen, China and set own factory Fujian Baifeng Bamboo Products Co., Ltd., in Jianou City where has abundant of bamboo forest. The factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 260 employees.
Our factory has the most advanced automated and semi-automated machinery equipment in the bamboo and wood industry, including 20 CNC machines, 12 laser machines, 8 hot stamping machines, 4 assembly lines, 4 automatic electrostatic painting lines, 4 automatic packing lines and 3 drying rooms.
We select 4 to 6 year-old high quality moso bamboo as raw materials and use latest technology to strictly control the processes of materials selecting, profiling, milling, polishing, assembling, painting, inspecting, and packing, etc. It improves the production efficiency and guarantees the quality of the products at the same time.
HBD is one of the biggest bamboo and wood kitchenware and household products manufacturer in China. Our factory has achieved the approval of many international audits such as FSC, BSCI, ISO9001, Sedex 4P and Costco, etc. And our products could pass LFGB and FDA test, etc. We have been keeping up with the latest trends in international kitchenware and household products. Our products are exported to more than 40 countries around the world, with annual export volume of more than 1200 containers. We are lucky to cooperate with many well-known foreign companies such as Costco in the United States, Lidl in Germany, Wilko in UK, Xenos in Netherlands, Biedronka in Poland, Gifi in France, Nitori in Japan.
