Since 2010, Mustang desinged and built our own LR6 AA automatic production line. The production capacity can reach more than 800 units per minute with 5~6 workers.By now, Mustang is equipped with more than 30 advanced super-speed battery production lines. The newly developed LR6 AA battery high-speed production line integrates 5G+ applications, robots, big data and other applications, with a capacity of 1200 units per minute, and a production line only needs 1-2 workers.
In terms of software, a large number of information systems are applied to all production links. From the distribution of production tasks to the completion report, from the equipment status to the process parameters, from the quality inspection to the product traceability, all links involved in the birth of each battery are digitized.
Mustang owns our own battery research and development center for battery research and testing.Every year, more than 3% of sales is invested into the battery research and development. Now we has 75 battery patented technologies in China
