Our men's shoe factory has a total of three assembly lines, and the daily output of each assembly line reaches 2,000 pairs per day.
The women's shoe factory has two assembly lines, each with a daily output of 1500-2000 pairs.
We have an independent quality inspect department. All raw materials are inspected after they are returned to the factory, In the last process of the assembly line, inspectors are assigned, and any defects need to be reworked we al shoe finishalso when the shoes have pack. We have strict requirements on the products.
After the samples are confirmed, our production cycle is 45-90 days, depending on the quantity of the order.
