- Plastics Workshop
We are good at ABS with chrome finish, POM, PVC, PA, etc. Cast tooling is with unique technoligy, and the goods are with very nice surface, even no need polisheng for chrome plateing; The biggest casting machine is 850tons. Handles and jionts components are main products;
- Pully / Roller Workshop
SUS304 and Brass ball bearing are adopted for our pulley. Nice function and long usage life. Workshop is with auto-assembly line.
- Gasket Workshop
7lines for PVC gasket and Polars magnetic gasket. We are seperatedly cutting and packing area, to ensure cutting tolenrace more serious.
- Hardware Workshop
Handle, hings and Pivot are made in this workshop. New polishing technology, the surface of these hardware is more flat and shining.
- CNC Workshop
In our Dongguan main center, there are over 100 set CNC machines for requested components cutting.
- Aluminium Profiles
We also offer the alumium profiles sourcing service.6063/6463, even 6061 are popular for our current clients. Anodzing in silver polishing or satin, colors is also acceptable.
- Tempered Glass
We also offer the tempered glass sourcing service, and with good relationship with Chinese famous factory JYC. Super clear glass, bending/curve glass, silkscreen glass, printing glass are the common products.
