We have over 2,000 square meters dust-free workshop, automatic production lines, modernized equipments and over 50 master craftsmen, 15 engineers, 10 QC workers etc.
Adhering to the mission of "Neon Art Beauty New Future", Shenzhen Koncept Technology Co., Ltd has sold over 80,000 sets neon art signs to the world which are widely used in brand logo, store signs, wedding scenes, home decoration, shopping mall, hotel decoration, events etc.
Every neon artwork will go through 15 steps quality inspection steps and 24 hours aging test. Meanwhile, we have established an after-sales service department oriented by customer evaluation, and a corresponding after-sales service system. Any quality problem within two-year warranty, we will replace a new one for free.
