Daqing Youhua Carpet Co.,Ltd is established in May, 2013. It is changed from the Linyuan carpet factory of Daqing petrochemical company of China national petroleum gas co.,Ltd, which is located in the beautiful oil city of Daqing and covers an area of 300,000 square meters. Based on the basis of advanced production equipment and strong technology of previous state-owned enterprises,the company makes further efforts to optimize reform, renewal model, bring in talents, add new equipment. After several years development, it has become the whole set of design, weaving, sales and service in an enterprise specializing in the production of carpet, and successfully registered "MFD"trademark with the state administration for industry and commerce, and its a well-known brand in Heilongjiang Province. The company has passed the national ISO9001 2015 quality system certification; ISO14001 2004 environmental protection system certification; GBT280001 2001 Occupational Health and Safety System certification. The company has two major production workshops which are yarns and carpets. The yarns workshop has two BCF production lines and its supporting equipment: Newmager spinning machine can produce 1500 tons of polypropylene yarn per year, four Folkman double twisting machines can process 2000 tons of carpet double twisting yarn, 1500 tons of straight twisting yarn, and 1500 tons of hot setting equipment.The yarn can fully meet the company's carpet manufacturing needs and part of the export. The carpet workshop has a total of 8 carpet looms and subsequent processing and finishing equipment, which can produce 600,000 square meters of polypropylene carpet, 150,000 square meters of hand-cut flower carpet and 100,000 square meters of wool carpet every year. Especially in 2016 and 2017, the company imported two ALPHA 400 Universal of Staubli machines from Germany, the machine is specially customized based on our requirements. The feature is ten colors\400 pitch\16mm pile height\and chenille carpet weaving, it is the most advanced manufacturing equipment and really rare to find in both China and other countries.
