Once the raw hair arrives our factor, the technicians will sort the hair by length, brush out,and prepare for further processing.
During the washing process, raw hair will be double washed with scientific approach to get the clean and clear hair.
After washing and dry, the braids will be trimmed using a sewing machine to keep it firm to bleaching process.
In the process of bleaching, we use advanced low-temperature and slow bleaching technology, which can remain hair cuticles as much as possible.
When the hair has been bleached and colored, the hair goes to dryer room, with Precise Dying Time and Temperature Control
Sorting the hair again and again until all the hair is neat and tidy. Using exquisite workmanship to make the hair matched with customer's requirements.
We are good at manufacturing all kinds of hotselling products in the market, including hand tied weft, flat weft,clip-ins, pre-bonded etc.
After the hair was produced, there will be a washing test, to ensure that the hair is no tangle and dry after washing. Then we our stylist will style the hair, to test hair quality in a real situation.
In the process of producing, the hair will go through several QC test during each part.
All the finish product will be checked by our QC technician again before packaging.
