Melting materials with different viscosities can be solidified by Addichem Pastillator to consistently sized pastilles. Melting materials with varying properties can be handled from 10 to 40000 mPa.s. The temperatures could be up to 300°C. The pastillator systems are complete conveyor belt production lines. Heated materials are delivered by pump and pipe to a rotary distributor firstly. Drops of products are deposited on a running steel belt. Cooling water is sprayed underneath. Same size pastilles are shaped from one edge of the belt to another. Circulating water can be collected in tanks and returned to a Chiller system.
