Warranty
FC’s sole warranty is against defects in materials or workmanship. A no charge replacement will be made on any product manufactured by FC, which upon examination by FC, appears to be defective, provided it is returned to FC, transportation prepaid, within ninety (90) days of date of sale, and further provided it has been properly installed or mounted and lubricated and not subject to abuse.
