With over 110 team members, Texture Maker Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a food ingredient R&D center and also a premix manufacturer. We have an R&D team dedicated in developing new food textures and creating innovative mouthfeel. We use the most updated way to improve the traditional food technology and we know the trend all around the world. In the meantime, we set up market data base for our customers to check and we provide versatile supports and services to our business partners.
We developed mix along with dedicated-selected ingredients for various applications needed. There are two major categories in our line ups: Bakery and Beverage. Customers can build their own signature products with more ease and efficiency yet keeping tasty and style remained using our bakery mix such as: bread, cake, donuts and others. Speaking of the beverage products, our mix powder makes it easy handled in benefits of room-temperature storage, inventory management and the most important of all, the making! Customers can always build their best-seller menu using our signature beverage mix plus tapioca pearl (Boba pearl) and drinking cream mix.
