Metalzone is a division of Year Young group which is established since 1991. In last 3 decades, Year Young group has been grown to a large scale operation with integrated manufacture capacity for all metal process in house, aluminum die casting, Zinc casting, metal sheet stamping, progressive stamping, CNC machining service and powder painting service, and other processes.
Metalzone's mission is to provide updated service of ODM and OEM manufacture business for all kinds of industries, likes medical and healthcare application, sports facility, furniture, lighting, hardware, tool, and home office industry,,,etc. Metalzone sets up full automation facility in 2017, with full automation powder painting and liquid painting, CNC machining, progressive stamping tooling, automation intelligent warehouse as well,ect. Upgrade ERP software, input MES and WMS system that help factory improving lead time.

Year Young group has 2 operation places in Taiwan and China. The Group is able to handle tariff issue for US clients, either ship to Mexicali or other destinations.
